While the Alpha-Stim is significantly effective when it is used correctly for 9 out of 10 people who use it, it will not work for everyone.
If you feel the Alpha-Stim is not working well for you, or you are unsure how to get the most benefit from the treatment, it is vital you contact us as early within the 60 days as possible by emailing info@themicrocurrentsite.co.uk. It is important to note that the treatment can often take the full 60 day period to see the desired improvements so please persevere if results don’t come quickly. The approximate guideline we advise is 4-6 weeks, so if you do not see results around 5-6 weeks, that would be the recommended time to contact us so we can provide further advice and see if any part of your treatment regime can be changed. We respect that another 5-6 weeks from this period takes it over the 60-Day period, but we can be flixible and upon request and provided previous communication has been made, we can extend the period to cover this.
We may not accept your return within the 60 days unless we have been in communication with you prior to your return. Failure to contact us for advice as instructed above will render your MBG null and void.
If all criteria for returning the device under the MBG has been met, we will issue a refund minus the £60 plus Vat restocking fee for the AID and £90 plus Vat for the M. Vat will not be added to the deduction if the device was purchased Ex Vat .
Postage costs are non-refundable and the 60-day MBG is valid for your first outright purchase only and excludes devices not purchased directly through The Microcurrent Site, purchases made through the Hire scheme or if the purchase has been made from outside the UK.

The product must be returned in the original box, along with all accessories, and paperwork to confirm the name of the returning customer. The device and contents must also be in good working order and in a resalable condition.

Right To Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 working days following the day on which you receive your order. You have to contact us on 01487 208041 or email info@themicrocurrentsite.co.uk and a decision to made before this 14 day period, then you have a further 14 days after this date to return the goods to us.
If for any reason the seal on the product has been broken, the right to cancel will be invalidated
Refunds will be made within 14 days of the product being received from the customer
Warranty
The Microcurrent Site Ltd warrants to the original purchaser (and no one else) that each new Alpha-Stim is free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of 5 years from the original purchase date, except for accessories. Warranty/product registration must be completed online to validate the warranty.
If you feel that there is a fault with your device, please contact us on 01487 208041 immediately and we will guide you through any other troubleshooting before returning the device. If we have agreed with you to return the device, then return the silver device itself (no box or other accessories required) to the company address above. Please include a cover note with a description and contact details so we can contact you once tested.
